We live in an area of high prevalence of diseases of the digestive system. These include gastric and colorectal cancer. These pathologies have taken lives of many of our loved ones; reason that prompted to take this path. I strongly believe that screening through early endoscopy saves lives. It allows us to resect premalignant lesions and even early cancer, through curative and little invasive endoscopic techniques. Generally this type of lesions shows no symptoms, so these diagnostic procedures become our best ally in early detection.
